We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with any included tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide the approved return address, return instructions, and information for obtaining a return shipping label. Customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, gift cards, and items explicitly marked as final sale. Contact us if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with any included tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and tell you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
